Insight: Victims of Domestic Violence make excuses for abusive behavior.
Big Idea: Challenge the normalization of abusive behavior.
Out of home:
Signs placed on the pay phones remaining in Westchester, NY provide victims of domestic violence an opportunity to call for help on the MSP 24-hour hotline to receive confidential assistance.
